How it works ?
Thank you for considering our personal shopping experience services. We strive to provide our clients with the best possible experience and ensure that our terms and conditions are clear and concise. Please review the following policies carefully before booking your shopping experience.
Initial Meeting
You will have a complimentary one-on-one questionnaire meeting to help us understand your personal style and preferences.
After this meeting, you can send us any messages of pieces you have seen that you would like to include in your shopping experience (if possible), and we’ll follow up with you to schedule a date.
On the Day of Your Shopping Experience
Please look and feel your best on your shopping day, but we ask that you wear minimal make-up to avoid getting it on the clothes.
We suggest your shopping experience be held in our boutique showroom for comfort. If you prefer the privacy of your own home, we can discuss this further.
During your shopping experience, you will see and try on all the preselected pieces. Once you have fallen in love with your pieces, we will set them aside for your purchase. All other articles will be returned at no cost to you.
We will keep all pieces wanted and unwanted until payment has been successfully confirmed. At this time, you have 24 hours to decide what you will keep and what you will not keep. Due to the consignment process, Monaco boutique pieces may be subject to immediate decision. All this will be discussed on the day of your shopping experience.
Post-Shopping Experience
Once you have had a fabulous day shopping, we will keep all the wanted and unwanted pieces. We suggest you reflect on the pieces you want to keep, except for Monaco boutique pieces, which must be decided on your shopping day unless otherwise stated.
Due to the consignment process, a final decision on all pieces must be made by the following day. All unwanted pieces will be returned, and all purchased articles will be delivered to your home once payment has been received and confirmed.
Please note that all articles are non-refundable, except for Monaco boutique pieces which may have the possibility for return.
